Thank you for shopping with The Little Kind.

The Little Kind is a South African online baby brand. We currently ship within South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received successfully.

Once our first collection has launched and stock is available, orders will usually be packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Major centres: approximately 2–4 working days
  • Regional or outlying areas: approximately 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather, strikes, or circumstances outside of our control.

Launch stock

The Little Kind is not a dropshipping business. Our first collection has been purchased from our supplier and is being imported to South Africa.

Products will only be made available for purchase once stock is available, unless clearly marked as a pre-order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is made.

From time to time, The Little Kind may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These offers will be subject to the conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

Delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

The Little Kind cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from the courier, the customer may be responsible for the cost of resending the parcel.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the parcel and/or product.

We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
