When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes:

Major cities: 1-3 business days
Outlying areas: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during promotional periods or public holidays.

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Are your products safe for babies?

Absolutely. Every product is carefully chosen with little ones in mind. Our feeding products are made from food-grade silicone and stainless steel, while our toys are selected for their quality, durability and child-friendly design.

How do I care for my feeding products?

Our silicone and stainless steel feeding products are designed for everyday family life.

We recommend washing them before first use and after each meal. They are dishwasher safe. Always inspect products regularly and discontinue use if any damage is noticed.

Are the wooden toys safe?

Yes. Our wooden toys are designed for supervised play and made with smooth finishes and child-friendly materials.

Always use toys appropriate for your child's age and supervise young children during play.

Can I return an item?

We hope you love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unused items in their original condition may be returned in accordance with our refund policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if this happens.

Please email us at hello@thelittlekind.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order, together with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Of course.

Many of our products make beautiful gifts for baby showers, birthdays and new arrivals. If you're sending directly to someone special, simply enter their delivery address during checkout.
